Our mission is to accomplish the great commission, to be an agency of God for evangelizing the word (Acts 1:8, Matthew 28:19-20), and to be a corporate body in which man may worship God (I Corinthians 12:13).
The church is the body of Christ, the habitation of God through the Spirit, with divine appointments for the fulfillment of the great commission. Each believer, born of the Spirit, is an integral part of the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in Heaven (Ephesians 1:22; 2:19‑22; Hebrews 12:23).
Holy Spirit Filled: To be a church that operates in the fullness of the gifts of the Holy Spirit and lives under the guidance, empowerment, and renewal of the Holy Spirit.
Biblically Founded: To be a church that manages the Scriptures well with a Biblical world view that is always prepared to make a reasoned defense of our faith.
Missional: To be a church that compassionately shares the Gospel message in both word and deed.
Loving & Inviting: To be a church that creates a welcoming atmosphere for people of all ages, cultures, and backgrounds to fellowship, worship, and grow together as a faith family.
Passionate Worship: To be a church that worships God in Spirit and Truth both corporately and individually.
We at WOFCC hold as our core doctrinal beliefs 16 fundamental doctrines. We call these our Statement of Fundamental Truths. We believe that these truths are essential for the Christian believer in a full-gospel ministry. We hold these beliefs in common with all other churches in the Assemblies of God fellowship. It is not our claim that these are all the biblical truths, but only that these are necessary fundamental doctrinal beliefs.

As times change and the church faces different challenges and issues, it becomes necessary to clarify our position on these matters. As a result the General Council of the Assemblies of God studies these issues and publishes position papers on these matters. We too at WOFCC adhere and adopt these as our view on these specific matters as well. These position papers cover a variety of topics like; the Doctrine of Creation, marriage and sexual identity, women in ministry, and our perspective on gambling. These position papers can be accessed by clicking on the link below.
